    This SUV has been ours since day one. We sold it new, serviced it throughout its ownership, and now proudly offer it again after performing the full 20,000-mile service, including fresh oil and filter, air and cabin filter replacements, and tire rotation (October 2025). Earlier in its life, we handled everything from its pre-delivery inspection to its 5,000-, 10,000-, and 15,000-mile services, keeping it perfectly on schedule with Lexus maintenance guidelines. Even minor items like a single tire replacement, key fob battery refreshes, brake checks, and cooling system evaluations were proactively completed in our shop.

    Its lone owner drove it primarily in Wisconsin, maintaining a consistent routine and keeping the vehicle clean, well-kept, and always serviced by the same team that knows it best: us.

      Lexus has always been about luxury, quiet and reliable cars with excellent customer service. That hasn’t changed in their 34 year history. The RX350 is quiet, smooth, had excellent fit and finish and offers a better value than German brands. It has a soft not great handling ride that makes you feel relaxed, lots of rear seat legroom for adults and peppy acceleration, not fast but plenty quick for the average Lexus buyer. Brakes are a tad mushy. It’s not for people who want a sporty SUV. Great car as always, Lexus did it again.…

      There’s not a better luxury SUB. In 2012, I drove the Lexus IS. Took it to dealership for maintenance, and the loaner vehicle provided to me was the RX350. Love at first drive. 1 month later, I traded in my IS for the RX350 and I haven’t owned or driven anything else since. Every 3 years, I lease the newest version.
