The Toyota Highlander is a fine three-row SUV option with a strong V6 engine (available on higher trim levels) and it has a pleasant, quiet ride. Like the RX, it is a very safe vehicle with its advanced safety technology included on all trims. The Highlander does not have as fun of a ride or as upscale of interior styling however. Lexus is still such an amazing company in terms of reliability, quality materials, and luxury. If you're looking for a more basic 3-row SUV and want to save, then the Highlander may be the better option, however the RX 350L separates itself as a truly amazing luxury vehicle.
