Lexus UX: Inside a subcompact luxury SUV
While the design is sure to turn heads, when considering the Lexus UX, the inside is what separates it from your everyday subcompact SUVs. The UX features a sophisticated interior, showcasing a streamlined dashboard with plenty of tech options and thoughtful touches to the driver's experience. As always, Lexus does a great job of keeping your drive quiet and comfortable with the use of quality materials and sound dampening technology. Its crossover design facilitates easy entry and exit, thanks to the optimal hip-point placement and uniquely shaped seat cushions. The UX comes equipped with standard features like dual-zone climate control and 8-way power-adjustable front seats with lumbar support for the driver. For an enhanced experience, options such as heated and ventilated front seats, a head-up display, power tilt-and-slide moonroof and upgraded materials are available. While we wouldn't recommend this vehicle for a long family road trip, rear seats are big enough that passengers won't feel squished on a normal trip. Overall, the UX was created with the driver in mind and absolutely delivers on creating a great experience for them.

Lexus UX: Trunk Space
As a subcompact SUV, the UX is the smallest SUV offered by Lexus. This does limit some of the space available for storage, so this is an important factor to consider. The UX has 17.1 cubic feet of trunk space, which is roughly the same amount as the ES. This is about the size of about 3 to 4 carry-on suitcases. Where the UX has a leg up on sedans is the ability to put the rear seats down. While Lexus doesn't state the exact dimensions of the cargo space with the rear seats down, our best guess would be around 35-40 cubic feet of space.
Lexus UX: Interior Features
The UX base model offers plenty of solid tech and features for the base model, but jumping up trims is where things get interesting. The Lexus Interface touchscreen 8-inch screen is standard on Base, Premium, and F SPORT Design models and upgraded to a 12.3-inch screen on the F SPORT Handling model. All Premium and F SPORT variants come equipped with a larger 12.3-inch multi-information display in the instrument cluster, while only the Base model features a 7-inch display. An optional color head-up display positioned in the driver's line of sight provides quick access to vital information, including speed, shift position, navigation directions, and more. The UX comes standard with eight-way power-adjustable front seats and offers heating and ventilation for premium and higher. Take a look at the breakdown below to see all the great features the UX has to offer at each trim level.
